Alberta Genealogical Society hybrid presentation on the ‘Indigenous Peoples of Canada’

The Edmonton Branch of the Alberta Genealogical Society will host a hybrid meeting that will include its annual general meeting and the presentation, Indigenous Peoples of Canada, delivered by Sheila Genaille, on Saturday, November 30.

The annual general meetings begins at 1:00 p.m. Mountain time, followed by the presentation at 1:30 p.m.

Sheila Genaille, who is a citizen of the Métis Nation, will highlight the cultural, social, and regional diversity of Canada’s Indigenous Peoples. Discover the 52 Treaty and Non-Treaty nations; the Métis Nation and their homeland; the Inuit north of 60.

You may attend in person at the Edmonton Branch Library at 14315 – 118 Avenue NW or register to watch online. There is no fee.
