Film or TV series about British Home Children in the works

According to Page Six, American-Canadian actress Lauren Holly is working on a project, perhaps a film or television series, about British Home Children, a child migration program in the 1800s that sent more than 100,000 children to Canada for what many think was cheap labour.

Ms. Holly told the entertainment publication, “I became obsessed with the subject when one of my best friends here found out her grandfather was one and I started to research. It’s a story that needs to be told.”

According to Wikipedia, Ms. Holly lives in Oakville, Ontario with her three children.
