Learn what’s new at Ancestry on YouTube

Ancestry introduced on July 1 a number of new tools that had been in beta, and their Corporate Genealogist Crista Cowan — also known as the Barefoot Genealogist — explains how to use them in a video on the company’s YouTube channel.

In What’s New at Ancestry, Ms. Cowan talks about MyTreeTags, DNA matches, and ThruLines. She also shows how to use the Hints feature, which is still in beta, and explains why providing feedback during the test period is important.

Ms. Cowan ends the video with the new record collections that were added in the past month, including the four Essex, England Church of England databases.
