As of January 15, 2016, Library and Archives Canada has digitized 240,545 of 640,000 Canadian Expeditionary Files and these are available online in its Soldiers of the First World War: 1914-1918 database. The lastest box digitized is Box 3962 and surname Halliwell.
LAC digitized 9,005 service files during the past month.
