Premier contact en généalogie. This beginner’s genealogy session will be taught by SGCF president Gisèle Monarque. $15 for members; $20 for non-members. It will be held at the Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec, 535 rue Viger East, Montreal. Registration required.
Sunday, March 22, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
Généalogie et Internet. Marcel Fournier will talk about the countless websites that are available to genealogists and how to find them. He will explain which ones are the most useful and trustworthy and those that are free. $15 for members; $20 for non-members. It will be held at SGCF, Maison de la Généalogie, 3440 Davidson, Montreal. Registration required.
