Lynn Palermo of the Family History Writing Studio will hold her 14th writing challenge throughout the 29 days of February.
You decide what you want to write, whether your plan is to write ancestor profiles, a novel length narrative, a memoir, or maybe a collection of short stories.
Registration is free.
How it works
Each day, you will receive a prompt to guide you in writing a story about your ancestors. From personal anecdotes to historical events, this challenge will help you uncover hidden gems and create a meaningful record of your family’s heritage. You’ll be joining a community of fellow history enthusiasts, sharing your progress and supporting each other along the way.
Why join?
Writing about your family’s history is not just about preserving memories. It’s also a chance to connect with your roots, understand your identity, and honour those who came before you. Plus, with the 29-day challenge, you’ll have a structured and fun way to start this journey. By the end of it, you’ll not only have a collection of stories but also a deeper appreciation for your family’s unique story.
