Musical Memories: The Soundtrack of Your Life by Paul Haynes

He turned to sharing music and family photo albums on his weekly FaceTime visits. This motivated him to reflect on his own musical memories and how you can re-create your own. Register.

An Introduction to Researching your Eastern European Ancestors by Ewa Kujawa
Eva Kujawa will provide the basics that will help you research ancestors in Eastern Europe. She will give us a historical overview, as well as speaking to the impacts of the various cultures that share this magnificent area. She will talk about how borders have changed over time, and what research resources are available. Eva will also cover what is in a name, naming traditions, languages and handwriting styles. And she will provide us with a list of websites and databases that will help you with your research and put your ancestors’ lives into context. If you’re starting your research, looking for tips and reminders, or helping a friend or family member with their research, this is the session for you. Register.
