The Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI) has its own YouTube channel where you can watch more than 80 free lectures, such as Hungry for Change: The Effects of The Famine on Irish Immigration, Understanding an Ancestor’s Neighbourhood, Plantation Families, and Farmers and Labourers. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon after my gardening is done or when it rains.
Read Claire Santry’s blog, Irish Genealogy News, for more info about the PRONI lectures.
