Blogger Linda Stufflebean says, “It’s time to take a new look at bloggers’ research toolboxes” in her blog post, Bloggers’ Research Toolboxes & Resources.
It’s been almost three years since Ms. Stufflebean first wrote about research toolboxes, and she inspired me to create my own on this website. (See tab above.)
Her 2018 list of toolboxes is almost three times longer than the one she produced in 2015.
These genealogy research toolboxes are a super way to find online resources for family history research, and almost all of the resources are free.
Thanks so much for this article, Gail. What a wealth of information on the Bloggers’ Research Toolboxes and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention.
Thank you for the mention. It’s much appreciated. I think bloggers’ toolboxes are still a way underused resource, especially when the blogger specializes in one or two ethnic areas.
I was excited to see my site Olive Tree Genealogy listed, but the link leads to someone else’s site, not mine.
