Digitization of WWI CEF service files reaches Patterson

Library and Archives Canada announced yesterday it has digitized 450,355 of 640,000 Canadian Expeditionary Force services files and made them available online in its Personnel Records of the First World War database.

LAC is digitizing the service files systematically and, for the most part, alphabetically. The last name reached to date is Patterson.

  1. I would like to share this post on the Manitoba Genealogy Society Facebook page. However, when I tried it said that I could not. Would it be possible for me to share this on our site? https://www.facebook.com/Manitoba-Genealogical-Society-Inc-7054423205
    Thanks for your consideration.
