January 2018 edition of ‘Facebook for Canadian Genealogy’

The January 2018 edition of Facebook for Canadian Genealogy is a list of almost 1,000 Facebook groups and pages that can help genealogists research their ancestors who lived in Canada.

In addition to listing resources for all Canadian provinces and territories, I have included genealogical and historical societies, national and provincial archives, museums, New France, British Home Children, First Nations, United Empire Loyalist groups, vintage photos, military history, United States (Cajun, Franco-American), and special interests — in English and French.

Also listed on the above link are Katherine R. Willson’s mammoth international list and Alona Tester’s Australian list.

This fabulous Gail. This is a wonderful way to keep in the loop with fellow genealogists. Here’s to finding new connections.

    Thank you Gail
Now, if your next miracle could be to arrange for us to have all of your work given to us via a ‘mind meld’ …
