LAC launches newly designed website

Library and Archives launched its newly designed website yesterday. The changes were made to conform with federal standards of accessibility and to improve access to people with disabilities. Take a look at it to see if you like the changes.

I learned at a presentation by Sylvie Tremblay and Paul Marsden, both of LAC, at last weekend’s British Isles of Family History of Greater Ottawa’s conference that 67.55 percent of visits to LAC’s website are to look at census and military pages.
