Charles André Nadeau, a retired officer from the Canadian Navy, will speak about the road to Vimy at the Morrin Centre in Quebec City on Wednesday, Septemer 24. During the lecture, Connecting Through Culture: From Québec to the War, September 1914, Mr. Nadeau will discuss how a contingent of 32,330 men gathered in Quebec City to join the overseas war effort 100 years ago.
