In partnership with The National Archives, Findmypast has published over 40,000 new railway and canal records this week.
They have also added early census records from Dorset.
Britain, Retired Railway Officers’ Society
This new collection consists of 25,330 railway records, spanning 1902 to 1963.
England, Ludlow and Clee Hill Railway Company
This week’s second new set contains 1,338 records from Ludlow and Clee Hill’s railway company, covering three decades in the late 19th century.
England, Cromford Canal Company
Findmypast has added over 8,200 canal company records, spanning 1789 to 1908.
Dorset Early Census Returns
They have also added 2,140 new census records from Dorset.
