Newspapers.com has added two newspapers from Sherbrooke, Quebec to its online, searchable database.
The newspaper that has a lot to offer is Sherbrooke’s French-language publication, La Tribune. It includes 733,070 searchable pages from 1910 to 2005. The paper describes itself as the only French newspaper in the province’s Eastern Townships.
The English-language paper, the Sherbrooke Telegram, however, only has three issues for the year 1945. Let’s hope there’s more to come.
