You may have seen on social media or Randy Seaver’s blog post in Saturday’s Crème de la crème, that the RootsTech 2026 schedule has been released. The conference, which takes place March 5 to 7 in Salt Lake City, is both in-person and virtual.
Among the more than 200 speakers are at least three Canadians, Kathryn Lake Hogan, Mark Thompson, and Lianne Kruger, who will deliver presentations.
Kathryn’s talk will be about Cracking Canadian Census Clues, and it will take place online on Saturday, March 7, at 2:15 p.m. Eastern time.
Mark will join a team of well-known speakers to discuss The Future of AI in Genealogy. This discussion will take place in-person and online on Saturday, March 7, at 3:30 p.m. ET. Mark is also delivering several other presentations about AI, but they will be in-person only.
Unfortunately, Lianne’s presentations will not be available online.
Did I miss any other Canadian speakers?
