BC Archives announced its annual release of marriage (1948) and death (2003) records from the BC Vital Statistics Agency has been moved to this September.
In January, the provincial archives had indicated this year’s release would be in May.
The next time a new collection of BC birth registrations will be released is 120 years after the 1904 births were registered, and that suggests we may see them in 2024. No word, however, on whether those records will be made available online this year.
So, we impatiently wait.
