Lynn Palermo of The Family History Writing Studio will conduct a free, one-hour, online workshop, called Ancestor Profiles: Getting Ready to Write, on Thursday, March 30, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern time.
If you’re new to writing family history or overwhelmed by authoring a larger story, then an ancestor profile may be a good starting point.
Ms. Palermo says, “Writing a family history story can be a huge undertaking, especially if you’ve never written before. Profiles are a welcome recourse. Smaller in scale, you can complete a profile in a reasonable amount of time. Which means you can start sharing them immediately or start curating a collection of profiles as part of your legacy to future generations.”
