Less than two weeks remain to take advantage of the early bird registration rate for the British Isles Family History Society of Greater Ottawa’s 20th annual conference, September 19 to 21, 2014, that will be held at Library and Archives Canada in Ottawa, Ontario. The early bird deadline is August 9.
This will be the third year in a row friends and I from Montreal will attend the conference, and I am a speaker this time. We have reserved two-bedroom suites at a nearby hotel. When two of us share a two-bedroom suite, the rate is quite reasonable. Each suite has a full kitchen, dining room and living room — perfect for debriefings after each conference day.
