In the days leading up to and during the annual RootsTech conference, there are always a number of announcements and special offers. This year’s virtual event, taking place from March 3 to 5, is no exception We can expect the announcements to be just as good or even better.
Yesterday, MyHeritage made two announcements and said they’ll be making more in the coming days.

Upload DNA results to MyHeritage and receive advanced features
From today, March 1, to Tuesday, March 8, anyone who has taken a DNA test with Ancestry, FamilyTreeDNA or 23andMe will be able to upload their DNA results to MyHeritage and enjoy all their advanced DNA features for free — including Ethnicity Estimates, Chromosome Browser, and Theory of Family Relativity.

Filae records from France and Norway
MyHeritage also announced they’ve added 269 million family tree profile records from Filae to their website.
If you have French roots, MyHeritage says you will “almost certainly” find some family members in this collection. This addition comes alongside the 8 million other historical records they’ve added from France and Norway since the beginning of 2022.
