In only a couple of days, the Québec Genealogical eSociety will hold its five-day virtual conference, from Wednesday, February 9 to Sunday, 13.
There are 24 lectures in English and French. Topics include the Irish in Quebec, 18th-century military immigration, Loyalists in the Eastern Townships, Acadians, WWI records, Mohawk communities, French Protestants, online city directories online newspapers, women on the war front in New France, DNA, and the Syrian-Ottoman immigrant experience in the 20th century.
You choose the number of lectures you want to attend. You can watch just one lecture or several. It’s up to you.
Each lecture is $8 for members and $10 for non-members. Recordings of the lectures will be available to watch until March 31.
Free Exhibitors’ Day
As an added bonus, Exhibitors’ Day on Wednesday, February 9, is free. There are five one-hour sessions. Three in English and two in French. Registration is required for each session.

There are also draw prizes for attendees, such as an Ancestry DNA kit, MyHeritage subscriptions, and MyHeritage DNA kits.
