Ancestry is getting a jump on holiday sales with two good offers.
AncestryDNA kits are on sale in Canada for $79 until Thursday, November 7 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time.
Regularly priced at $129, the sale price is almost 40 percent off — a $50 saving. Provincial sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to Quebec. Shipping is extra ($20 per kit) for all provinces and territories. Order online through Ancestry.ca.
Update: AncestryDNA kits are also available for $79 with free shipping at Amazon.ca.
Gift subscriptions
Still feel like shopping?
Ancestry is offering 20 percent off gift subscriptions for the Canada and World Deluxe packages for new subscribers only and not for renewals of current subscriptions. Six-month and twelve-month options are available.
Unlike regular Ancestry subscriptions that automatically renew, the gift subscriptions are a one-time, non-renewing membership and you will only be billed for the cost of the membership you select. This is good news for gift-givers.
The gift subscription offer ends Wednesday, November 27 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time, and it is available through Ancestry.ca.
US, UK and Australia
AncestryDNA kits are on sale in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia until November 27, 24, and 25 respectively, with discounts varying from 20 to 25 percent off. Gift subscriptions are also available in the US and Australia. See the .com, .co.uk, and .au sites for prices and to order.
