Finding your ancestors more quickly in the 1926 Census of the Prairie Provinces

For those who cannot wait until March when Library and Archives Canada and FamilySearch are expected to make the 1926 Census of the Prairie Provinces searchable, Winnipeger Jackie Corrigan has great advice on her blog, As Canadian as can be, on how to speed up the process of searching the browsable collection on FamilySearch.

Her step-by-step advice has something to do with simple toggling and a statistical analysis of the population.

Let’s hope Ms. Corrigan writes more often about researching Canadian genealogical resources.
