ISBGFH announces fall line-up of free genealogy webinars

The International Society for British Genealogy and Family History has a terrific line-up of webinars scheduled for the fall, starting with this week. All of the webinars are free to watch live. Recordings will be available to members only after the live presentation date.

Wednesday, September 5, 7:00 p.m. Eastern — Diseases Disasters and Distress

Thursday, October 4, 7:00 p.m. Eastern — The Home Archivist
Archive Lady Melissa Barker will explain how to become your own home archivist and preserve documents, photos and heirlooms.

Saturday, October 13, 11:00 a.m. Eastern — Catholic Heritage Collection on Findmypast
Brian Donovan will show the rich genealogical resources that can be found in Findmypast’s Catholic Heritage Collection.

Saturday, December 1, 11:00 a.m. Eastern — Solving Adoption Mysteries in Your Family Tree Through DNA
Genetic Genealogist Maurice Gleeson will show how DNA can be used to solve adoption mysteries in our family.
