Learn about researching your family history on Ancestry.ca and AncestryDNA at #OGSConf2017

Ancestry.ca is holding its first Ancestry Day on Monday, June 19, immediately after the Ontario Genealogical Conference in Ottawa. This is an all-day opportunity to learn from Crista Cowan, the Barefoot Genealogist, and AncestryDNA Product Manager Anna Swayne.

You do not need to register for the conference to attend Ancestry Day. The cost is only $40. However, if you do register for the conference, you can take advantage of the reduced price of $35.

There will be special prizes and an opportunity to buy DNA kits for those who attend.

And there’s more good news. All proceeds from Ancestry Day will go to the Ontario Genealogy Society.

Visit the Ontario Genealogical Society Conference 2017 website to see the agenda and register for Ancestry Day.

This would make a great Father’s Day or Mother’s Day gift for the special someone in your life who recently subscribed to Ancestry.
