Irish genealogist Claire Santry continued yesterday to provide updates on her blog, Irish Genealogy News, about Ireland’s historical registers of births, marriages and deaths that went online Wednesday.
She posted the best piece of news at 11:45 a.m. It included this line:
“Apparently, the images of the pre-1882 registers of Marriage and pre-1891 registers of Deaths are being updated by the General Register Office and will be added to the website in due course.”
